The Palmovka Open Park commercial area follows on the already implemented Palmovka Park 1 (Subterra a.s. headquarters) and Palmovka Park 2 (Metrostav a.s. headquarters) projects. Under the project, 25,500 m2 of leasable areawill be created in the new administrative buildings of Palmovka Open Park 3 and Palmovka Open Park 4. The complex will include a unique revitalized hall of Palmovka Open Park 0, which will offer atypical retail space. The Palmovka station ofMetro Line B is located in the immediate vicinity, and there is also direct access to other types of city public transport, i.e. trams, buses and trains, from there. Cyclists will also find all necessary facilities in the complex. The buildings are pre-certified with aBREEAM Excellent rating, which is one of the highest levels of building energy performance assessment.
