Capacities of the Metrostav Group that the subcontractors have to mandatorily inquire about when it comes to contracts in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
Unless contractually agreed otherwise, subcontractors of Metrostav a.s. are obliged to inquire about the below stated materials and services for the implementation of the given order with the preferred suppliers specified below. They are obliged to order these materials and services from them in all cases when the preferred supplier submits the most convenient offer or accepts a LAST CALL (i.e. when the preferred supplier matches a rival price offer of another reliable supplier submitted by a subcontractor).
