Vilapark Klamovka

A pair of standalone apartment buildings with a total of eight entrances. Building A comprises six above-ground storeys, while its four towers are aligned in a row, evoking the character of villa homes integrated into the neighbouring villa district. The four sections of Building B, each rising just four storeys above the ground, have a U‑shaped configuration.

Comfortable living is ensured by the private gas boiler rooms in the basements of each of the two buildings; all the apartments are additionally equipped with mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, while those on the upper floors also feature air‑conditioning. The exterior is defined by minimalist lines enlivened by a visually striking façade treatment, while the interiors are designed with an emphasis on functionality and timelessness, complemented by distinctive personal touches.
