Criminal Compliance Program of the Metrostav Group

The purpose of the program is to set long-term binding rules of conduct and behaviour aimed at preventing and protecting the Group’s companies, employees, managers and authorities against the risks of liability according to Act No. 418/2011 Coll., on Criminal Liability of Legal Entities, and is binding for all companies of the Metrostav Group. All employees of the company have been acquainted with the program in the form of training. Legal compliance and adherence to anti-corruption standards is required also from all contractors, subcontractors and company partners.
