A new building at the complex in Mladá Boleslav enabled the relocation of employees from various departments who previously worked in approximately 20 buildings around Mladá Boleslav and Prague.

Characteristics
Above a common basement and ground floor, the builders constructed four interconnected five-storey buildings with an L-shaped plan. They used a simple, modular grid system that defines the building shell, façade and interior construction and is very flexible.

Uniqueness of construction project
An innovative element in the building is the structural solution of the reinforced concrete ceilings, which are lightened by Cobiax shaped pieces made of recycled plastic. The project documentation, using the BIM model in all phases, was created in Austria, the contract language was German and all documents had to be bilingual. The building was awarded the DGNB Preliminary Gold Certificate by the German Sustainable Building Council.
