The Flow Building

The building has 3 underground floors, air-conditioning duct, 9 above-ground floors and 2 mezzanines. On the 1st floor, there is a supply yard and commercial areas, which are also located on the 1st and 2nd floors. The remaining floors house office spaces, including luxurious sanitary facilities.

The reinforced concrete structure, the so-called white tub, was placed in a construction pit, which was up to 12.5 m deep. The building structure consists of a reinforced concrete column system with reinforcing cores. The façade of the building consists of a modular and raster part, including decorative slats with built-in LED lighting. It is curved in both horizontal and vertical directions. 

The building has received the British BREEAM Outstanding certification for office spaces and the BREEAM Excellent certification for retail spaces. All the used technologies meet the latest trends. It was a Shell and Core type construction with subsequent Fit Out spaces, built pursuant to the tenants' requirements.
