This project is made up of a closed five-storey block of nearly square floor plan, from which five square towers arise, each with 18 floors. Apartments up to the fifteenth floor are of a higher standard, while the last three floors offer premium residential apartments. A number of those located on the upper floors offer its residents beautiful views, such as of the Prague Castle. There are 682 apartments in total, making it one of the largest residential projects in recent years. Apart from the apartments, 703 parking spaces on three underground floors and four commercial spaces are part of the project.

This is the largest residential complex in the Czech Republic built at one time. The extent of the structure documents 38,000 m3 of concrete and 3,387 t of reinforcement. Due to the complex geological conditions and the groundwater level, which reached 4.5 m above the foundation base, the foundation plate of the object is supported by piles and together with the walls of the basement forms a so-called white waterproof concrete bath-tub-like area. The project is located in close proximity to the O2 building, which is why it was necessary to respect the crane height requirements in order not to interfere with the transmission of the signals.
