Buildings A - E, consisting of 284 apartment units and 8 commercial spaces, are interconnected by underground floors (1st and 2nd underground floors, 299 parking spaces), where garages for cars and building amenities are located. The underground floors form a single structural unit.

Exceptional Nature of Project
The construction of the complex included the implementation of internal roads, green roofs, orchard landscaping and the implementation of connections and retention tanks.
