The residential project APARTMENTS ON VACKOV is located in the same quiet location of the upper Žižkov in Prague. Five objects along Olgy Havlové Street offer 331 apartments in total with layouts of 1+kk - 4+kk. Thus, it follows on the successful Alfarezidence project, which was created in the area between 2006 and 2011. It is designed especially for those who are looking for a home with a perfectly balanced price and quality, and morever in a place that aims to become one of the modern centres of Prague in the future.
Project in numbers
- 331 Number of apartments
- 127 Number of studios (layout 1+kk)
- 53 Number of apartments (layout 2+kk)
- 137 Number of apartments (layout 3+kk)
- 14 Number of apartments (layout 4+kk)
Exceptionality of the structure
The space of the apartments is designed to ensure maximum airiness and supply of natural daylight via front gardens, loggia, balconies and roof terraces. The concept works sensitively with a maximum of five-storey buildings, which do not create a uniform street mass but instead retreat from the street line in characteristic distinctness and asymmetry. Thanks to this, not only metropolitan apartments with balconies and loggias, but also spacious corners are created, these are located between individual buildings, where ground floor apartments with gardens will be created.

A complex in an unmistakable architectural style, with features typical for the local environment, offering one-room to four-room apartments with beautiful views of the Krkonoše Mountains, Medvědín and Svatý Petr ski slopes.
Architecturally successful apartment building, which nicely fits into the given location and which is one of the first projects that has created a sought-after residential locality from the so far relatively run-down Michle area.
