Exceptionality of the structure
The aim of the project was to move traffic away from inhabited localities, to eliminate insufficient capacity, to eliminate point deficiencies, to reduce traffic accidents, to reduce noise pollution, exhalations, to reduce driving times, etc. The project, in addition to improving the safety and flow of traffic, contributed to reducing the negative impact of road transport on the environment by relieving traffic on or near the existing routes.
