This structure with 8 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels contains a business gallery, office space and a detached house with 13 luxury apartments, 250 underground parking spaces. The shopping gallery is directly connected with the concourse of the Národní Třída metro station, line B.

The supporting structure - the reinforced concrete frame of the column system, special vibro-insulation materials interrupt the noise and vibration effects of the metro. Facades are modular, raster, frame, with masonry facing and with contact insulation. There are walking roofs with a large proportion of greenery. In addition to classic lifts and escalators, there are atypical panoramic lifts in the administrative part.
